    Today, more than ever, we have adopted special measures to strengthen our commitment to your protection, in order to guarantee your complete peace of mind. An undertaking not only to our guests, but also our employees, suppliers and collaborators. Caring for our environment to protect us all.

    Our key priorities at this current time are to provide you with a safe environment that will guarantee your health and the peace of mind you seek during your stay with us.

    We would like to inform you of some of the key actions included in our new, stricter internal protocols:

  • Maximum cleanliness

    Ongoing sanitisation. Safe spaces.

    • We pay meticulous attention to cleaning processes throughout the hotel, guaranteeing maximum disinfection.
    • We have intensified the daily cleaning and sanitisation procedures included in our protocols and increased their frequency in order to safeguard the health and safety of all our guests and workers.
    • We adhere strictly to WHO recommendations, as well as national and local regulations.
    • We have created a specific protocol for room and textile cleaning procedures.
    • We have set up hydroalcoholic gel stations around the hotel to guarantee your hygiene when entering or leaving all spaces.
    • Fitness room, wellness zone & SPA: Advance booking at Reception required. The capacity of these facilities has been reduced and the layout of the various elements has been adjusted. The machines in our fitness rooms have been rearranged to maintain a safe distance between them. The cleaning and disinfection of these areas have been increased. Sanitiser gel is used throughout the facilities. The majority of our treatments are still available, and protection measures are in place for all our staff. All the basic prevention information and rules for the correct use of our facilities have been posted for our guests.
    • Activities and entertainment: All entertainment and leisure activities are subject to the rules issued by the persons in charge at all times. These affect the number of possible participants, and therefore some services may be restricted or unavailable.
    • Restaurant or Bar: Please, wait to be seated. Only the waiting staff can move or join tables together, should this prove necessary.  We have extended the dining room times, and in some cases, sittings will be established in order to guarantee the safety distance.  
    • Buffet: Use the hydroalcoholic gel located at the start of the buffet area. Masks must be worn whilst selecting dishes. We are increasing the use of individual portions.  
    • We have drawn up a detailed COVID-19 contingency plan including action measures should they prove necessary.

    Social distancing

    Physically apart, but always on your side.

    • Spanish law requires all persons over six years of age to wear masks in the street, outdoor spaces and all enclosed spaces whenever it is impossible to guarantee a safety distance of at least 1.5 metres between persons.
    • Markings indicate the direction for moving around the communal areas in the hotel. Please abide by them and keep to the right at all times.
    • Please respect the minimum safety distance.
    • We have installed markers indicating the recommended minimum safety distance in communal areas in order to ensure strict compliance with distancing measures and to prevent queues.
    • We have limited the capacity for the various spaces. Please make sure you observe them.
    • Please, respect limited capacity in common areas, including terraces.
    • We have extended the dining room times, and in some cases, sittings will be established in order to guarantee the safety distance.
    • We request you to wait at the entrance to the dining room or bar until you are given a table. Only the waiting staff can move or join tables together, should this prove necessary.
    • Swimming pool: Limited capacity.  We have separated the sunbeds in the pool areas. The sunbeds and other poolside items must not be moved. You are required to place towels on them before use.
    • Elevator: Shared use elevator prohibited if you stay in different rooms.
    • Use of stairs recommended.
    • Wellness zone & SPA: Use of the Turkish baths and saunas is limited to one person only or members of the same family unit.

    • We have boosted our App so you can consult everything you need before and during your stay.
    • We provide you to pre-check-in online. Cut your check-in time and enjoy greater safety and convenience.
    • We recommend card payments only.
    • We are reducing the use of paper in the rooms and the hotel in general. More information will be close at hand thanks to our mobile App and the totem information points or QR codes located in various areas of the hotel.
    • Rooms: All information included on TV.

    PCR AND ANTIGEN TESTS

    We always put your health first

    • PCR or antigen tests are carried out at our hotels or at medical centres situated nearby.   
    • Ask at Reception how to arrange your appointment 48 hours prior to departure.

    As of 23rd November 2020, all international travellers arriving by air or sea from a high-risk country or area and whose final destination is Spain, must be in possession of written evidence of a negative test carried out within 72 hours prior to  arrival in Spain. More info is available here.

    Have you booked directly with us via thbhotels.com?
    If you have booked via our website or call centre and need to change or modify the dates of your stay, send an email to cliente@thbhotels.com (we will answer all queries as quickly as possible, but please bear in mind the current exceptional circumstances).

    Have you booked a stay with us through a supplier?
    If you have booked with us through a travel agency or online travel supplier, you must contact them directly if you wish change or cancel your stay, in accordance with their policies and terms and conditions in force.
