At THB hotels, we want you to enjoy your holiday without giving up the things that make you feel good. That’s why, at the THB Naeco Ibiza, we’ve refurbished and relocated our gym. So now, if you want to look after yourself and stay active during your stay on Ibiza, you’ve got the perfect space to achieve your fitness goals.
Boasting a prime location in the hotel, with direct views of the sea and the most spectacular sunsets, our new gym is situated on the sun terrace. A unique setting where you can work out while soaking up the Mediterranean spirit of Ibiza. What’s more, its open-air location makes it the perfect place to round off your workout with some stretches or other outdoor exercises.
The gym is equipped with cardio and strength-training machines, as well as free weights, so you can keep up with your regular fitness routine and continue enjoying your workouts even while on holiday.
And if you love combining sport and travel, Ibiza offers plenty of ways to stay active while exploring the island. Take a cycling or hiking trip to explore its beautiful landscapes, enjoy a round of golf, or discover the Mediterranean with water sports such as paddleboarding, scuba diving or snorkelling.
And to complete your wellbeing experience, at THB Naeco Ibiza we also take care of something that should always go hand in hand with exercise: nutrition. Each morning, you can enjoy a complete and varied brunch breakfast, with a wide selection of options to help you start the day full of energy. Take your pick from the numerous dishes before heading out to explore Ibiza, relax by the sea or another workout session.
Because being on holiday doesn’t have to interrupt your fitness journey. At the THB Naeco Ibiza, you now have a new space where you can work out while connecting with the sea, sport and everything Ibiza has to offer.
