Water management:
We use systems to control, save and reuse water in all our facilities. From low-consumption taps and showers to collecting and processing greywater, we make all possible efforts to reduce our consumption of this very precious resource.
Plastic-Free:
We have eliminated single-use plastics in all our hotels. We’ve replaced plastic packaging with sustainable alternatives, such as biodegradable and reusable materials, thereby contributing to the reduction of plastic waste in the environment.
Local sourcing:
We are committed to local and responsible consumption, sourcing fresh, seasonal products from local suppliers. This practice not only supports the regional economy but also reduces the carbon footprint associated with the transportation of goods.
Electricity management:
We use energy-efficient control systems for lighting and air conditioning, as well as automated devices to monitor electricity usage. In addition, we have incorporated renewable energy sources to power our facilities, such as photovoltaic solar power.
Gas management:
We optimize gas use in our kitchens and heating systems through high-efficiency equipment and responsible consumption practices, reducing harmful gas emissions.
Awareness and training:
We train and raise awareness of the importance of sustainability among our employees, suppliers and customers. We run information campaigns and workshops to promote eco-friendly practices in our hotels.
Reduction in the use of chemical products:
We use sustainable technologies in our pools, such as salt and ozone systems, to avoid the use of chlorine and other harsh chemicals. This not only improves water quality but also protects our guests’ health and the environment.
Emission and waste reduction:
We monitor and optimize our consumption to reduce waste and improve energy efficiency. We use geothermal energy and photovoltaic panels to generate clean energy and reduce our reliance on fossil fuels. Additionally, we calculate and track our carbon footprint in order to identify and implement emission reduction measures. We introduce recycling and waste management programmes, driving the reduction, reuse, and recycling of materials from their source.
