All rates are NET, per person and calculated per package. Price includes 21% VAT and excludes  City Tourist Tax. 

This promotion is not changeable, not combinable with contracted rates or other promotions.  These special rates are on re- quest and upon availability. Services included (Golf) in the offer  are not refundable. Golf: Prior to arrival all tee times will be reserved.  

CANCELLATION POLICY: 
From 2 weeks prior to arrival: 50% of the total revenue. 
Less than 4 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total revenue will be charged. 

PAYMENT CONDITIONS: 
50% of the payment will be settled 4 weeks prior to the arrival. 
The remaining total amount will be settled 10 days prior to the arrival.
