RECEPTION FRONT DESK MANAGER
We are seeking to recruit a Reception Front Desk Manager for one of our hotels on Lanzarote. The ideal candidate will have a dynamic and decisive personality and excellent customer service skills.
The principal functions are as follows:
- To guarantee compliance with the company’s procedures and standards.
- A knowledge of upselling techniques.
- To supervise and coordinate the execution of the rules issued by the Management.
- To handle customer complaints and claims when necessary.
- To guarantee consistent standards of customer service, abidance with courtesy and cleanliness rules and the overall image of the department.
- To organise reception staff working hours, as well as all other work-related issues that may arise.
Minimum experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar post.
Minimum requirements
- Training in reception skills
- Advanced English, German and French language skills
- Capacity for leadership, communication and teamwork
- Positive attitude
A knowledge of one or more of the following will be considered an advantage (not essential):
- Office IT
- Emergency and Occupational Risk Prevention
- ISO 9001 and 14001 standards

CHIEF MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
We are seeking to recruit a Chief Maintenance Technician for a 4 star hotel in Playa Blanca. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic person with good teamworking and problem-solving skills.
The principal functions are as follows:
To assemble, maintain and repair equipment, machinery and installations for refrigeration, air conditioning and heating, water, gas and fuel, in compliance with the regulations in force and health and safety standards.
To draw up the preventive maintenance plan.
To supervise corrective maintenance actions.
To ensure the good working condition of machinery, tools and work equipment.
To clean and inspect the swimming pools and carry out the tasks included in the legionnaire’s disease prevention plan.
To monitor consumption and correct waste sorting.
Minimum experience:
- Preferably 2 years as a tourist accommodation technician or officer
Minimum requirements
- Preferably a job-related qualification
- Training in legionnaire’s disease
- Training in swimming pool maintenance
- Teamwork skills
- Planning and organisational skills
A knowledge of one or more of the following will be considered an advantage (not essential):

CHEF DE PARTIE
We are seeking to recruit a Chef de Partie. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic person with good teamworking skills, the ability to adapt to new proposals, with initiative in order to contribute suggestions and ideas for improvements.
The principal functions are as follows:
To prepare the corresponding station
To monitor and ensure that the corresponding station operations run smoothly
To distribute, manage and organise the work of his/her assistants for the preparation of the station dishes
To supervise the work of the station team members
To maintain an ongoing flow of communication with the Head Chef
To prepare and complete the station dishes
To set up and present the items requested
To the assigned station clean and tidy at all times
To monitor the condition of the machinery used in his/her station
Minimum experience:
- Preferably 2 years as a Chef de Partie or Chef in hotels
Minimum requirements
- Training in food hygiene and allergens
- Training in HACCP
- Preferably a cookery qualification
- Teamwork skills
- Planning and organisational skills
A knowledge of one or more of the following will be considered an advantage (not essential):
