We wrap up the 2025 season

As November arrives and the tourist season comes to a close, here at THB hotels it’s time to look back on a year of successes across our destinations. As is our custom, several of our hotels will be temporarily closing in order to get ready for the next season, when we’ll be back with renewed energy, improvements to our facilities and services and the enthusiasm and passion for delivering memorable guest experiences that characterise us.

Here are some of the improvements we’ve already introduced to enhance our guests’ experience

Throughout the year, here at THB hotels we have continued to pursue ongoing improvements, introducing new features and amenities, as well as sustainable initiatives designed to guarantee our guests an increasingly complete and rewarding experience.

  • THB Gran Playa: A new food truck serving à la carte snacks, perfect for enjoying outdoors.

  • THB Gran Bahía: A brand-new gym for those eager to keep up with their fitness routines even when on holiday.

  • THB Cala Lliteras: Now an adults-only hotel, with a brand-new beach volleyball court.

  • THB Niágara: A revamped buffet and a new brunch-style breakfast concept.

  • THB Ocean Beach: A new gym, massage room and a renovated swimming pool.

  • THB Lanzarote Beach: Fully refurbished double rooms with sea views for a more contemporary, updated experience.

  • THB Tropical Island: Renovation work on the main swimming pool.

  • THB Los Molinos: Improvements to the wellness zone for enhanced comfort and relaxation.

As for sustainability, we have continued to incorporate new ECO actions, including a smart waste-weighing system. We have also expanded our solar panel installations and achieved carbon-neutral certification for our THB Bamboo Alcudia, THB Felip and THB Gran Playa hotels.

The first hotels to bid farewell to the season

In October, several of our hotels began to wrap up the 2025 season. The first was the THB Ocean Beach, located in San Antonio Bay, Ibiza. It was followed by the THB Dos Playas in Cala Ratjada (Mallorca), which closed in the middle of the month. Finally, at the end of October, a further three hotels brought their season to an end: the THB Naeco Ibiza, our second hotel in San Antonio, as well as the THB Niágara (in Playa de Palma, Mallorca) and the THB Sa Coma Platja (in Sa Coma, Mallorca).

November, the end of the season

At the beginning of November, most of our hotels brought the 2025 season to a close. In fact, 2nd November saw the following hotels close:

  • THB Gran Playa, Can Picafort (Mallorca)

  • THB Gran Bahía, Can Picafort (Mallorca)

  • THB Bamboo Alcudia, Puerto de Alcudia (Mallorca)

  • THB María Isabel, Playa de Palma (Mallorca)

  • THB Guya Playa, Cala Ratjada (Mallorca)

  • THB Cala Lliteras, Cala Ratjada (Mallorca)

The THB El Cid and THB San Fermín, the last to close

The last hotels to close were the THB El Cid (Playa de Palma, Mallorca) and the THB San Fermín (Benalmadena, Malaga), which closed on 16th November, marking the official end of the 2025 campaign. With this, we bid farewell to a year of intense activity and excellent results, both in occupancy rates and guest satisfaction levels.

You can still enjoy THB hotels

But don’t worry — you can still enjoy the rest of autumn and winter with THB hotels! We have a total of six hotels open all year round, located in three destinations. Our four hotels on Lanzarote — the THB Tropical Island, THB Flora, THB Royal and the THB Lanzarote Beach; the THB Felip, located in the peaceful area of Porto Cristo, Mallorca; and our urban hotel, the THB Los Molinos, perfect for enjoying the island of Ibiza at any time of year.

Finally, we would like to thank everyone who visited us this year, as well as our entire team, for making another wonderful season possible. See you in 2026?
