    In a world that is increasingly aware of the importance of sustainability and connecting with the local community,  THB hotels is moving firmly ahead towards a new culinary era, placing its commitment to locally sourced gastronomy at the centre of its strategy. 


    Gastronomy is a fundamental part of the travel experience, and here at THB hotels we know that offering dishes made with local ingredients is not only guaranteed to surprise and delight our guests, but will also have a positive impact on the environment and local communities.

Each property offers a fabulous mix of gastronomic delights and a matchless space for rest and relaxation, creating truly memorable experiences for our guests.  
     
    Quality gastronomy and less impact on the environment  
     
    Enjoying good food is always a pleasure, but it also implies a certain responsibility towards the environment. And in this sense, we are currently witnessing the emergence of a new approach to gastronomy and the catering industry. 
     
    More and more people consider that restaurants should be environmentally friendly, taking into consideration where the produce comes from, recycling and sorting waste, taking actions to save energy and caring for their employees.  
     
    At THB hotels, we continue to seek gastronomic excellence, but now we are also more committed than ever to the communities we are present in, and, it goes without saying, also to the environment. We select produce sourced close to our hotels and work with local suppliers. We have a recycling policy that we share with our customers and employees, whilst also working to improve our facilities to make them more energy efficient, with the focus always on renewable energies.   
     
    An example of this philosophy is the Felip 1890 Restaurant, at the THB Felip hotel on Mallorca. Elegant and welcoming, this venue serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. A gastronomic offer that combines Mediterranean cuisine with dishes from around the world. Without a doubt, an opportunity to enjoy a wealth of delicious flavours whilst admiring the sea views of  Porto Cristo.

    On Ibiza, the THB Los Molinos, THB Naeco Ibiza and THB Ocean Beach offer a wealth of gastronomic delights, including fish, meat and pasta dishes, as well as vegan and vegetarian alternatives…A selection of unique flavours cooked up in the kitchens of the  THB Los Molinos hotel by our Executive Chef and the hotel’s chef. A passion for fine food and loving care and attention are the essential ingredients for each of the dishes featured on the menus of our restaurants.  

    In short, at THB hotels we have redefined the gastronomy experience at our hotels, showing the world that caring for the environment and culinary excellence can indeed go hand-in-hand.
