These initiatives reflect the group’s dedication to providing more comfortable, sustainable experiences that meet the needs of both guests and staff.
Among the key projects already underway or planned are:
THB Gran Bahía: refurbishment and upgrade of the buffet dining area, with new, more functional and modern spaces.
THB El Cid: improvement works on the seafront façade to enhance the hotel’s appearance and appeal.
THB Los Molinos: upgrades to external access areas, including the renovation of paving and entrance steps to improve accessibility.
THB Naeco Ibiza: relocation of the gym and enclosure of the main terrace to optimise space and enhance the guest experience.
THB Tropical Island: repair and overhaul of the adults-only pool to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.
THB Gran Playa and THB Guya Playa: targeted improvements in bathrooms and communal areas.
THB Lanzarote Beach: continuation of the façade and pub refurbishment works, completing the modernisation process initiated in earlier phases.
In addition to these upgrades, we have launched a major environmental project at our Balearic properties, focused on optimising the water cycle.
This forward-thinking plan involves replacing conventional chlorine with ozone and salt electrolysis treatments in the swimming pools, significantly reducing the use of chemical products and providing a more eco-friendly, health-conscious cleaning system.
We are also implementing advanced water monitoring systems across different hotel areas to detect potential leaks and optimise processes such as recirculation and dosing.
